Returns & Refunds
Please contact us at info@kalonsoap.com with your order number if you have a question or concern about the condition your product was received in. We make every effort to ensure it arrives safely and have insured it during transit; however, weather or unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze or break. If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so we can make a claim and will get replacement product shipped as soon as we can.
It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with our product. If anything is not working for you, please let us know at info@kalonsoap.com with your order number and we can discuss options for return, replacement or discount.
Please do not send your purchase back without authorization via email.
